10–12 Page Company Brochure
A professional brochure that explains who you are, what you do, who you serve, and why buyers should trust your company.
For established commercial cleaning companies
Most commercial cleaning companies are better at cleaning than they are at presenting themselves. We build the professional sales pack your company sends before quotes, during tenders, and after every sales conversation — so you look like the safest choice in the room.
The core problem
Most commercial cleaning companies rely on a basic website, weak PDFs, generic emails, or messy proposals. When a buyer is comparing multiple providers, that's what they see first — and it makes you look risky.
Better sales materials create more trust. We fix that.
What you get
Everything your team needs when a prospect says "send me something over."
A professional brochure that explains who you are, what you do, who you serve, and why buyers should trust your company.
A short, sharp overview buyers can read in sixty seconds. Built for tenders, quote requests, procurement teams, facilities managers and property managers.
A clean, reusable proposal document your team sends with quotes and project details — so every proposal looks like it came from the biggest firm in the running.
A reusable layout that shows previous work: the client's problem, your solution, and the outcome. Proof you can handle commercial jobs.
Professional follow-ups for after calls, quotes, enquiries and proposals — instead of weak one-line emails that let deals go cold.
Optional extras
None of this is part of the core pack. If you want any of it, we quote it separately — most clients start with the pack and add one or two later.
A photographer on site for half a day — your team, your vans, real sites being cleaned. Replaces stock imagery with your own.
A clean site that matches the new pack, so the brochure you send and the site they Google tell the same story.
More contracts written up in the same layout. The pack includes one; most companies have three or four worth telling.
Letterhead, quote and invoice templates, email signatures — the small documents that still look like a different company sent them.
Properly printed and bound brochures delivered to your office, so you have something to leave behind after a site visit.
Help answering a specific PQQ or ITT using the pack — structuring the response and pulling the right proof into it.

Hi {{First Name}},
Not chasing. One thing worth knowing before you decide:
A 90,000 sq ft distribution centre in Bristol was losing two to three cleaning shifts a week under its previous contractor. We mobilised in eight working days with a supervisor on site from day one. Zero missed shifts in the twelve months since.
If that's the shape of the problem at {{Site}}, the proposal still stands.

Questions
Most cleaning companies do have something — usually a services list with prices on it. That is a leaflet, not a sales asset. A buyer comparing three contractors is not asking "what do they clean?", they are asking "which of these is the safe choice?" That question is answered by proof, process and compliance: your mobilisation plan, how quality is measured and reported, what happens when someone doesn't turn up, your insurance and accreditations. If your current brochure doesn't answer those, it isn't losing you the job on price — it's losing it on risk.
We do. You don't write anything. Our intake is a structured conversation plus a questionnaire, and we do the extracting — most owners have every answer a buyer wants in their head, and have simply never had to write it down. If a claim can't be evidenced, we don't write it: we tell you it's missing and what to collect instead.
Roughly two to three hours in total, spread across the project. One intake call of about 60–90 minutes, some time gathering what you already have (insurance certificates, accreditation numbers, any photos), then a review of the first draft. Everything else is on us. The most common cause of a project running past 14 days isn't our build time — it's waiting on paperwork from your side.
Very few companies do when we start, and it isn't a blocker. Almost every cleaning company has a contract where they took a site over and fixed something measurable — missed shifts, failed audits, a bad handover. That's a case study; it just hasn't been written up. We pull it out in intake, structure it, and tell you the one or two things worth chasing from the client to make it stronger.
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Contracts are won by your price, your service, your relationships and your timing — none of which we control. What we do control is that you stop being ruled out early. Sales materials are a qualifier, not a closer: they get you onto the shortlist and stop you looking like the smallest firm in the running. What you do from there is the sales process, and that's yours.
Yes — that's the point of the templates. You receive editable source files as well as finished PDFs, so your team can swap a name, a site, a price or a set of figures without coming back to us. The proposal and case study in particular are built as reusable layouts: the next one should be a content swap, not a redesign.
A designer makes what you brief look good. The problem is that the brief is usually the weak part — most cleaning companies brief a designer to "make our brochure look more professional" and get a better-looking version of the same thin content. We work the other way round: the content, structure and the buyer's decision come first, and the design carries it. We also know the sector, so we're asking about TUPE, DBS vetting, audit scoring and mobilisation timelines without you having to explain what they are.
Ask us before you start and we'll tell you straight. We won't build packs for two companies bidding for the same contract, and if we're already working with a direct competitor in your area we'll say so up front rather than after you've paid a deposit. Nothing you share in intake — pricing, clients, margins — goes anywhere near another project.
Print-ready and email-ready PDFs of every asset, plus the editable source files behind them, plus the follow-up email templates as plain text you can paste straight into Outlook or your CRM. You also get a short note on what's still missing — the proof, photos or paperwork worth collecting next — so you know how to keep the pack strong after handover.
You tell us, and we fix it — that's what the two revision rounds are for. Big misses are rare because the direction is agreed at blueprint stage, before anything is designed: you see the page flow, the messaging and the asset plan and sign it off. Revisions are for improving the agreed work; a change of direction after sign-off, or new assets outside the brief, is quoted separately.
